At Orthotal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
